NOT The Riddler!
Nolan has confirmed in an interview with the L.A. Times this week that his next Batman movie will be called The Dark Knight Rises, but is still being mum on who in Batman's rogues gallery he'll cast next.
Nolan had previously said that Mr. Freeze was also out, so that's two biggies we can scratch off the list.
So who the fuck is it going to be? The writer of the Times piece mentions Nolan saying The Dark Knight was as much about Harvey Dent as it was Batman, so could the next villain actually be Two-Face? He looked pretty dead there, but it wouldn't be a terrible thing to see Aaron Eckhart return. It would also eliminate the need for my choice: Egg-Head!

nolan might just introduce someone completely new. in terms of comic book guys, the stakes were raised too high by joker for it to be anybody else. (riddler is just joker-lite after all.)
Penguin? He would fit into the underworld Nolan has created. But instead of the man with umbrellas I imagine a power hungry midget.
Nolan has said the Penguin would be too tricky. Killer Croc is another name people are throwing around.
