Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself here, but this movie looks like it may be the best Canadian movie ever made. You tell me.
A couple of things I will point out that made me double over with laughter:
i love how we call him pacey with no hint of irony or derision. he's just pacey. that's who he is.
i saw this preview before watching the wrestler and was equally impressed. any movie that uses wintersleep's weighty ghost in its trailer is getting my money. my only question is... where is dawson?
Looks like a must see. Maybe this movie can actually make start to like Pacey....I mean Joshua Jack.........no no, I mean PACEY!!!
I read an ad for this movie in the metro last week, and the only quote cited in the ad from a critic was something along the lines of, “Unapologetically Canadian!”
Okay… that’s nice to know, but is it a good movie or a good nationalist propaganda campaign?
If you ask me, this looks like one weak movie.
