It might be early to be posting the Christmas stuff but we here at thedashingfellows.com like to spread some holiday cheer every now and then. Santa always seems to make a grand entrance but usually it's with 8 flying reindeer and not trying to rappel down a rope at a mall. Check out the video below as this was not a success in any way at all. Remember back at WrestleMania XII which was headlined by the iron man match between Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels for the WWF Championship where the latter made his biggest ring entrance ever by coming down from the rafters using a zipline? Well mall Santa was not even able to make it down two levels without his beard and hair getting stuck in the rope and harness.
I can only imagine the parents at the mall trying to convince their kids that Santa was real after witnessing this debacle. The best part of the video was the emcee who tried her absolute best to keep things lighthearted and good-natured by suggesting the kids sing a Christmas song to help Santa get free. You can overhear the emcee saying, "Magic can happen! The magic can happen when you guys sing... Louder, guys! Sing louder! I can hear the magic." Nice try lady but it looks like the magic never happened and the only things you are hearing are mall Santa dropping F-bombs and the cries of two dozen horrified kids as they look on while their parents can only hope that Santa doesn't go splat. Mall Santa does not need magic to help him out of this jam; all he needs is a pair of scissors.
